For those of you who knew Dave He passed away from a heart attack in his sleep or early monday morning. He was my tinter for a year or two at Loud & Clear and was the founder of Progressive Audio / Mobile Fx of Kansas City, in which He, Mark Barmann and I were partners in for several years. Dave did alot for this industry in his life time and was One hell of a good friend for over 30 years! RIP my Brother your gonna be missed greatly and may god bless you!
